Welcome to the Higbee / Higby Picnic Website

This website is under construction to provide a modern responsive website that renders properly on all device sizes, commonly refered to as a "Cell Phone First" website. The previous website contained legacy code that is long outdated. Also, the website that has been removed contained a major problem due to reference to an outside library for site navigation, said library is no longer available. The new website will have no dependence on any outside library.
